B2B Website: The Christmas Cabin
Our main goal for The Christmas Cabin business was to combine multiple sites into one single, modern B2B Shopify Website.
The Christmas Cabin provides an amazing choice of tree stands, cooperating closely with growers and retailers and collaborating with two specialist companies: the Snowbird Christmas Tree Specialists and Cadeby Tree Trust.
The business structure and collaborations mean the team at The Christmas Cabin holds a wealth of knowledge and can offer an extensive range of products.
With all of this in mind, we wanted to make sure their website was as streamlined and easy to use as possible. As the UK's largest supplier of real Christmas trees, stands, funnels and netting to some of the UK's largest high-street brands, it was important that the website included these elements:
Multiple Systems
As their Digital Consultant we developed a trade ordering system catering to a range of customer needs, covering different payment terms, bulk discounts, and shipping conditions. We integrated this with their existing business systems for stock, fulfilment and accounting purposes.
Design
With a pre-existing paper catalogue already well-known to trade customers, it was important that the website matched its design and branding. This way, the site remained familiar and straightforward for existing customers to avoid confusion or hesitation.
Simplicity
The final feature of the website was simple management. Once we created the new B2B site, The Christmas Cabin team needed to be in a position to update and edit the content and products themselves. Providing a straightforward layout in Shopify, which is well-known for its enjoyable CMS interface, ensured this could be done with no complications
